Taking the real estate licensing course has taught me a lot about a lot and there’s still so much to learn.
The main things I’ve learned are:
— that anyone who wants to be a homeowner should take a crash course in real estate
— that Connecticut will, in fact, tax you to death, and lastly,
— that at any time, anyone who wants to be a complete dick can take your house at any time for a plethora of reasons and in some cases, you will have ZERO recourse, no matter how unjust you think it is.
I’m just sorry I didn’t tend to this sooner and I’m looking forward to taking the exams in about a month. It has also made me appreciate that old saying: “A house is not a home.”
